Phenylbutazone
INDICATIONS
Pain relief, antipyretic, anti-inflammatory in horses. Treatment of musculo-skeletal disorders (e.g. osteoarthritis, acute and chronic laminitis, bursitis, lameness,...).
METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION
Slow intravenous administration
Horses: 1 ml per 45 kg (4.4 mg phenylbutazone/ kg), with a maximum of 10 ml.
Contra-indication:
- Do not use for hypersensitive animals to any components
- Do not use for animals with failure heart, hepatic and renal function.
- Do not use for pregnant animals.
- Do not use in horses intended for human consumption.
- Do not administer with other NSAIDs concurrently or within 24 hours of each other.
PRESERVATION: Store in a cool place and keep out of direct sunlight
