Oxytetracycline HCl
Tylosin tartrate

INDICATIONS:

Respiratory disease in swine, poultry: Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae, pneumonia, tracheitis, polio, swollen head.
Digestive disease: Enteritis, diarrhea caused by Salmonella
Arthritis, dermatitis, mastitis.

DOSAGE:

For oral administration

Withdrawal time: 7 days before slaughter

Contraindications: Do not use for animals which are hypersensitive to medication’s components

PRESERVATION: Store in a cool place and keep out of direct sunlight
